My wife and I went on a 12 day trip to South Africa and Victoria Falls. We wanted to have several Safaris, enjoy Cape Town, go shark cage diving to see the Great White sharks, and more in South Africa. Because several activities were weather dependent, we needed a lot of flexibility in our schedule. They, the team at Africa Explore Safaris, achieved that and more. They are the most responsive travel company we have ever dealt with. Quick responses to our emails and questions. Follow-ups to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.

Quinton Conroy is the icing on the cake that is your South African safari experience! No detail is missed, from describing every species of birds in the bush to the wonderful story of the origin of the Pinotage to making sure we had a wonderful bottle of Graham Beck for our unforgettable dinner when visiting Victoria Falls. Quinton taught us how to adjust how we look at things on safari, enabling us to absorb and appreciate all aspects of life in the bush. We will always treasure his experience and if fortunate enough to return will most certainly look to Quinton to guide us once again!

My husband and I originally booked a safari outside of Cape Town. The package provided transportation to and from the reserve. We had no expectations for the driver. In the end, we were blown away by our driver, Quinton. Quinton has a vast knowledge of everything and he went above and beyond to provide us with an unforgettable South African experience. Quinton planned out site seeing day tours that were packed full with activities, great food and lovely wines. We would highly recommend Quinton to anyone and everyone.

Quinton picked us up from Cape Town at 6am and drove us to Inverdoorn reserve in his very comfortable Discovery. The 2 hour drive flew by as he provided us with a wealth of information about the history of South Africa past and present.Having arrived at the reserve we had a look around and then enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Quinton drove us back to Cape Town by a different route and again provided us with a wealth of information about the countryside.We thoroughly enjoyed our day and felt that it was excellent value for money

We were certainly well and truly asleep last night by the time you sent that email! We all had a fantastic time – thank you. I couldn’t think of anything I would have wanted different.

Now we are home, (sadly!) we would like to say how much we enjoyed the Cheetah Outreach & Eagle Encounters experience and the tour to Table Mountain/Cape Point etc.

Having just returned to the UK we wanted to say a very big “thank you” to yourself and Quinton for all the wonderful trips and Sanbona Safari that you organised for us.

Now I am safely home and back to ordinary life, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for a very extraordinary holiday and your part in it. I have had dozens of holidays with different companies in many parts of the world, but this was the best. You worked so hard to look after our many needs and requests, and added a whole other dimension to the programme arranged with information, commentary, humour, extra experiences and care. Even during my extended 3 days I followed your suggestions of what to see and do and that was very good too.
