My wife and I went on a 12 day trip to South Africa and Victoria Falls. Quinton Conroy is the icing on the cake that is your South African safari experience! No detail is missed, from describing every species of birds in the bush to the wonderful story of the origin of the Pinotage to making sure we had a wonderful bottle of Graham Beck for our unforgettable dinner when visiting Victoria Falls. Quinton taught us how to adjust how we look at things on safari, enabling us to absorb and appreciate all aspects of life in the bush. My husband and I originally booked a safari outside of Cape Town. The package provided transportation to and from the reserve. We had no expectations for the driver. In the end, we were blown away by our driver, Quinton. Quinton has a vast knowledge of everything and he went above and beyond to provide us with an unforgettable South African experience. Quinton planned out site seeing day tours that were packed full with activities, great food and lovely wines. We would highly recommend Quinton to anyone and everyone.
Quinton picked us up from Cape Town at 6am and drove us to Inverdoorn reserve in his very comfortable Discovery. The 2 hour drive flew by as he provided us with a wealth of information about the history of South Africa past and present.Having arrived at the reserve we had a look around and then enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Quinton drove us back to Cape Town by a different route and again provided us with a wealth of information about the countryside.We thoroughly enjoyed our day and felt that it was excellent value for money
