I had the privilege and pleasure of travelling with Quinton Conroy on our tour to South Africa in May 2009.
My husband and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed so many rich and varied experiences of life in South Africa and this entailed an amazing knowledge of so many different aspects of life in S.A. Quinton’s knowledge base was, for us, unsurpassed and he deserves to be recognized for his wealth of knowledge and his accessible manner in presenting it.
He has such a pleasing and approachable manner and went out of his way on many occasions, to ensure the comfort and well being of all those he came into contact with particularly those of us on the Tour.
I, personally, could have had a very difficult time on this holiday, as I have very specific dietary needs, but I learned very quickly that Quinton had everything under control and I was, in fact, made to feel very special. I met many restaurant managers and chefs who were only too happy to meet me, having been introduced by Quinton.
My husband and I can unreservedly recommend Quinton for his personal and professional qualities and his exemplary conduct which made our tour a never-to-be forgotten experience.

Vivien and I had a wonderful holiday in South Africa during May 2009. The tour itinerary was busy, varied and, both geographically and culturally, covered a fair chunk of ground.
We were very fortunate in travelling with Quinton Conroy for a trip of this breadth and depth. I well remember my first impressions of Quinton when he introduced himself to me in the lobby of the Forever Centurion Hotel in Lyttleton. His physical presence, smart appearance and welcoming smile set the tone for the remainder of the trip. Quinton was always very professional and business-like in all matters but, perhaps more importantly, he was also very enthusiastic and well informed about all aspects of his country. An easy going but confident personality allowed him to mix well with the varied characters in our tour party and provided the necessary degree of security required on such a trip.
Quite simply, we are of the opinion that our South African holiday, our ruby wedding treat, was greatly enhanced by having Quinton as our tour manager.
We wish him well in his future tourist ventures.

Quinton Conroy – Africa’s Child Safaris
I have just returned from a two week holiday in South Africa.
We flew from the UK to Port Elizabeth via Johannesburg. In Port Elizabeth we were met by a smiling Quinton Conroy who became our friend for the rest of the holiday. The “rest of the holiday” entailed traveling along the Garden Route to Cape Town. I therefore feel qualified to comment on Quinton’s abilities.
I have been traveling for over forty years and can assure you that Quinton is the best Tour Manager I have ever had the good luck to encounter.
He managed the tour in the literal sense of the word. His organizational skills were second to none. A good guide does so much in the background that the tour seems to run itself. Quinton belongs to that category. He even anticipated where there might be a problem and solved it before it happened. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
We were always fully informed about the program and any changes that had to be made. He was excellent at organizing the individual desires of the group members with regard to additional tours.
His local knowledge was second to none, be it about the flora and fauna or the history of his country. He inspired us too with the obvious love which he had for his country. You could tell that he wanted us to love it too.
And last but not least, his personality made him a pleasure to be with. He was always happy and smiling and was a really good companion.
I have no hesitation in recommending Quinton Conroy to any individual

What a powerful message you have given about the balance and symmetry of nature. Your insights provided a thoughtful commentary to the beauty, vastness and depth of this land.
